JEEViKA Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project, is a Government of Bihar Project assisted by the World Bank,aims to empower the rural poor by creating self managed community institutions and enhancing incomes through sustainable livelihoods.

1. State Project Manager Jobs - 01 post (UR)
Qualification : MBA (marketing,finance,HR)/PG diploma or degree in Rural Management/MSW or PG in Personnel Management preferably from reputed institute having minimum relevant work experienceof 7 years, out of which 3 years relevant experience should be of senior manager level.
Pay Scale : Rs 41,900 to Rs 59,300

2. State Project ManagerNon-Farm : 01 post (UR)Qualification : MBA (marketing, finance, HR)/PG diploma or degree in Rural Management/MSW preferably from reputed institute with minimum relevant work experience of 7 years, out of which 3 years relevant experience should be of senior manager level.
Pay Scale : Rs 41,900 to Rs 59,300

3. Project Manager Livelihoods : 01 post
Qualification : MBA/PG diploma or degree in Rural Development/Agricultureand Allied/Social Work with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Pay Scale : Rs 29,100 to Rs 40,900

4. Project Manager Research & Documentation : 01 postQualification : Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Rural Development/Management/communication/Economics/Statistics/Social Sciences from a premier institute with 4 years experience.
Pay Scale : Rs 29,100 to Rs 40,900

5. Project Associate : 05 posts (UR01, EBC02, SC01 and BC01)
Qualification : PG degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Graduation in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh PG in Rural Management/Rural Development/MSW/Graduate in Agriculture and Allied.
Pay Scale : Rs 14,400 to Rs 21,500

6. District Project Manager : 03 posts (EBC 2, SC1)
Qualification : PG Degree/PG diploma completed in management, social work, rural development, agriculture and allied disciplines with at least 5 years relevant experience if degree/diploma is from premier institutes or at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Pay Scale : Rs 28300 to Rs 47,300

7. Finance Managers : 02 posts (SC1, BC1)
Qualification : CA/ICWAI/ MBA (finance) or CA (inter), ICWAI(inter) or PG degree in commerce, with at least 3 years of relevant experience of working on financial management, budgeting, developing financial system in Government/semi government agency, banking institutions, reputed financial firms or non government organizations.
Pay Scale : Rs 19,800 to Rs 27,700

8. Training Managers : 02 posts (EBC 1, SC 1)Qualification : At least 3 years relevant experience if PG degree/PG diploma is from premier institute or at least 5 years of relevant experience if PG degree/PG diploma is from any other institute. Work experience should include successfully managing training and capacity building events in livelihoods/MF/SHGs programmes
Pay Scale : Rs 20,600 to Rs 28,900

9. Training Officers : 02 posts (EBC 1, SC 1)
Qualification : PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 1 year relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 3 yrs relevant experience.
Pay Scale : Rs 17,400 to Rs 24,300

10. Manager Microfinance
Qualification : PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs experience.
Pay Scale : Rs 19,800 to Rs 27,700

11. Manager -Jobs
Qualification : PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience. Fresh MBA (marketing, finance, HR)/PG in Rural Management/MSW or PG diploma in Personnel Management may also apply.

12. Communication Manager
Qualification : PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience. Fresh BJMC/MJMC/PG Diploma in Mass Communication may also apply.
Pay Scale : Rs 19,800 to Rs 27,700

13. Manager (M&E)
Qualification : PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience. Fresh MBA/PG diploma in Rural Management/MSW/MCA preferably from reputed institute may also apply.
Pay Scale : Rs 19,800 to Rs 27,700

14. Block Project Managers - 05 posts (SC-4,ST-1)
Qualification : PG degree completed in any discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience or graduate degree completed in any discipline with at least 4 yrs relevant experience. Fresh post graduate diploma or PG degree holders in social work, rural development, management, agriculture and allied from premier institutes are also eligible to apply.
Pay Scale : Rs 19,800 to Rs 27,700.
