1. General Manager (Personnel) - 20 posts (GEN-11, OBC-5, SC-3,ST-1, PH-1)
Age Limit : 53 years
Pay Scale : Rs.52300-73000/- (E8)
Qualification : Universtiy Degree with first class or high second class (or) Post Graduate Degree (or) Post Graduate Diploma + 19 years post qualification experience.
2. Legal Manager (Personnel) - 09 posts (GEN-6, SC-1, OBC-2, PH-1)
Age Limit : 42 years
Pay Scale : Rs.32900-58000/- (E5)
Qualification : Degree in Law with 60 % marks + 15 years post qualification experience.
Application Fee : DD of Rs.250/- drawn in favour of Coal India Limited payable at Kolkata. (No Fee for SC/ST/PH)
