Profile:
Municipal Corporation Chandigarh was established under the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act 1976 by the Government of India. Mr. A. R. Talwar was appointed on the post of Special Officer in the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh to exercise the powers and discharge the functions of Municipal Corporation, Chandidgarh. Mr. M.P. Tyagi was appointed as the first Commissioner of the Corporation on 19 May 1995. He was later replaced by Mr. S.K. Gathwal, who was also a I.A.S. officer.
Job profile:
Candidates can apply for the posts of Junior Engineer in Horticulture or Civil field depending on their educational qualification.
Eligibility:
