Apply in the prescribed format neatly typed in English/Hindi. No certificates/ testimonials need be attached. However, SC/ST/OBC/Kashmiri migrant/PH candidates must attach Photostat/ attested copy of relevant caste/domicile certificate etc. issued by the competent authority. Attach crossed Demand Draft for Rs.300/- (non-refundable) drawn in favor of National Fertilizers Limited payable at State Bank of India, New Delhi. SC/ST/PH candidates need not send demand draft. Please write your name, address and the discipline for which you are applying on the reverse of demand draft . Please write application for M.T/ discipline + code on the envelope. Persons employed in Govt./Quasi Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking must apply through proper channel.
