So, BHEL, Jhansi, a major Manufacturing unit having a workforce of around 1850 employees is looking for Artisans in different trades.

TRADE NAME & VACANCIES:

1. Electrician - 64 (SC-14, ST-1, OBC-17, UR-32)
2. Fitter - 54 (SC-11, ST-0, OBC-15, UR-28)
3. Electronics - 1 (SC-0, ST-0, OBC-0, UC-1)
4. Welder - 14 (SC-4, ST-0, OBC-5, UC-5)
5. Turner - 3 (SC-0, ST-0, OBC-1, UC-2)
6. Machinist - 3 (SC-1, ST-0, OBC-0, UC-2)
7. D'Man (Mechanic) - 11 (SC-2, ST-0, OBC-3, UC-6)

AGE LIMIT: The age should be between 18 years and 27 years as on 01.11.2009

QUALIFICATION:

* Educational qualification: Matric /SSLC/High School - Pass
* ITI + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the applicable Trade. Minimum qualifying marks both in the ITI & NAC examination is 60 % for Gen & OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
* The trade in ITI and NAC examination should be recognized by NCVT.
* The candidates with ITI and NAC in the same trade will only be considered.
