ITBP Constable Recruitment 2010, ITBP 850 Constable (GD) Vacancies

Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) is under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Applications are invited from male indian citizens for the post of Constable (General Duty) Group 'C' filling up of vacancies for the year 2010 on temporary basis likely to be permanent.

Constable (General Duty) - 850 posts in various states (SC-130, ST-80, OBC-178, GEN-459)
Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- pm
Age Limit : 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2010
Qualification : Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized Board / University / National Open School.

Physical Standard : Height - 170 cms, Chest - (Unexpanded-80 cms, Expanded-85 cms)
Eye Sight : The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of 2 eyes without correction.

Application Fee : A crossed Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft worth Rs. 50/- drawn in favour of the "Account Officer, Directorate General, ITB Police Force along with their application. SC/ST candidates are exempted from application fee.
