Time Scale Driver - 13 posts (SC-02, OBC-03, UR-08)
Age Limit : 21 to 28 years as on 01.07.2010 (Relaxation of SC/ST-5 years, OBC-3 years)
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Qualification : Middle Standard (8th Class) Pass.
Eligibility : Possession of Valid driving licence for light and heavy vehicles.
How To Apply : Application on plain paper in the prescribed format (Candidate name, Caste, Father's Name, Address, Date of Birth, Age, Religion/Nationality, Details of Educational Qualifications, Details of Driving Licence, and Details of Driving experience) filled in Tamil or English. One passport size photo should be affixed at the place meant for the purpose on the application. Candidates superscribe on the application and envelope as "Application for the posts of T/S Driver - 2010 in Mail Motor Service, Chennai". The completed application along with Xerox copies of certificates send to the "Assistant Director (Rectt), O/o the Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle, Chennai-600002" should reach this office on or before 11/08/2010 by 17:00 Hours.
