Job Profile:
1. Recruitment of Director/General Manager:
Educational Qualification: BE or BTech with 1st class in Mechanical Engineering is the minimum educational required for the post.
2. Recruitment of General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Administration):
Educational Qualification: MBA Degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in general administration.
3. Recruitment of Engineers:
Educational Qualification: BE or BTech with 1st class in Mechanical Engineering is the minimum educational required for the post.
4. Recruitment of Supervisors:
Educational Qualification: First class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in Machine Shop or Surface Treatment.
5. Recruitment of Technicians:
Educational Qualification: 1st class ITI with 2 years experience as Turner and Fitter.
Age limit:
Candidates should not be more than 50 years of age for the post of General Manager, 45 years of age for the post of DGM, 35 years of age for the post of Engineers and Supervisors and 30 years of age for the posts of Technicians.
